A typical debt sale involves the following easy steps:

The seller identifies the accounts that they wish to sell and provides an appropriate data set to allow DMC to assess the portfolio.

DMC's pricing models are applied to the portfolio to determine a price.

A written offer is submitted to the seller.

Should the seller accept the offer, a simple debt sale agreement is entered into between DMC and the seller

Final data is transferred to DMC, and payment of the purchase price is made to the seller.
